Bottom-Friendly Slow-Roasted Salmon


Bottom-friendly slow-roasted salmon for gut health and anal bottoming

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Atlantic Salmon fillet, skin removed

  • Herb of choice (parsley, cilantro, and dill work great)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.

  2. On a small baking sheet, place a layer of herbs down. Coat the salmon filet in olive oil and salt. Place the salmon fillet on top of the bed of herbs and bake for 45-60 minutes.

  3. That's it. Seriously. Serve with a squeeze of lemon. Bottom's up!
