Bottom-Friendly Kale Salad

Bottom-friendly kale salad for gut health and anal bottoming


  • One bunch of kale, stems removed, chopped

  • 1/4-1/2 C slivered almonds

  • 1 tbsp high-quality olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Add the chopped kale to a bowl and pour the olive oil and lemon juice over the top. Massage the kale for about 5 minutes until it's very tender. Season with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve. Bottoms up!
