Bottom-Friendly Guacamole

Bottom-friendly guacamole for gut health and anal bottoming


  • 2 large, ripe Haas avocados

  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/4 C diced jicama, skin removed

  • 1/4 C diced green apple, skin, and core removed

  • 1-2 tbsp crushed pineapple, to taste

  • Mint, chopped, to taste

  • Cilantro, chopped, to taste

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Blue Corn Tortilla chips


  1. Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and mash the flesh using a mortar and pestle or the back of a fork. Add lime juice and mix.

  2. Add in diced jicama, diced green apple, crushed pineapple, chopped mint and cilantro, salt and pepper, and mix. Adjust any flavorings you would like more of from there. I personally love a lot of cilantro in my guacamole.

  3. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips and devour right away. Bottoms up!
